I have been making quality jams, jellies, chutneys, relishes, sauces, etc. for 6 years now but have been involved in the hospitality trade for almost 40years. I started selling at our local Farmers Market and Artisan Market and also supply gourmet shops.
I love making special recipes for the fruit I buy, not just the same old recipes everyone else uses, so my product is unique to me and when you purchase anything I make, you can be assured it’s “special”.
I use very little sugar in everything I cook, no added preservatives, no food colouring, I grow some of the fruit I use, pick from friends trees or buy at our local markets. I love getting intense flavours without that overload of sugar that a lot of store brought products have.
So if you like good food made from good fruit my products will not disappoint. You can do the taste test at the markets as I always have a huge selection for you to choose from.
Fruit is seasonal and so are some of the things I make, Pinot Noir Jelly, Sauvignon Blanc Jelly, Quince Jelly, to name just a few but I have a good selection of other jams jellies and chutneys all year.
